Once logged in as a student, navigate to the "Available Sessions" page from your dashboard. Browse the available sessions and click on "Book Session" for the one you'd like to attend.
Once logged in as a doctor, go to the "Create Availability" page from your dashboard. Fill out the form with your available date, time, and session details, then submit.
Yes, both students and doctors can cancel sessions. Students can cancel from "My Sessions" and doctors from "Upcoming Sessions". Please try to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Doctors are eligible for a teaching certificate after conducting at least one session every month for six months, or one session every other month for a year. You can download it from the "Teaching Certificate" page once eligible.
On the login page, click on "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
